At Noyelle, your health and comfort come first.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for hygiene and safety reasons. Orders cannot be opened or tried on while the courier is present, and couriers do not wait for inspection.

All items are made to fit your usual size (e.g., Small, Medium, Large), so please order according to the size you normally wear. If you’re not sure about your size, contact us and we’ll help you choose the right one.

For transparency, we send a pre-shipping preparation video confirming:

• the size you selected 
• showing the item in perfect, defect-free condition.

All photos are real and taken by us to show the products exactly as they are.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.
